|Recommended: YesBest customer service — One thing is sure, every apartment has it own challenges, but at the villas, be rest assured that your problems get resolves immediately they arises, and always in the favor of the tenants. How they do it, i dont know... maybe because they have the best customer service.

|Recommended: YesNew resident — We just recently just moved in so far everything is pretty good. The only thing is the washer and dryer you have to used your card to wash and dry. Overall it's been pretty good.

|Recommended: YesI think the property is awesome. — I would tell them that I enjoy it. All utilities are included in the rent so that's a plus. The only downside is that I can hear when the neighbors above me are walking and I can hear when someone walks through the hallway. Other than that, everything is great
