|Recommended: YesConvient location and good maintenance — I lived here for one year and it's a great property. Very close to local hospitals, so convenient for those who work in healthcare. Brian is great and on top of maintanence.
|Recommended: YesNice, clean, quiet apartments — Nice apartment- only furnished with the essentials- but it has worked out well during my clinical rotation. The building is locked at all times and seems very secure. It has a good size kitchen, which is nice for cooking baking. Laundry and small workout room available on site. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.
|Recommended: YesI like it — That I will recommend it.

|Recommended: YesFrom day one amazing. Courtney was and still is awesome and the apartment is stellar clean, brand new and well maintained. So far no noise in hallways, all seems very quiet. There is a train that goes by though, lol but I'm already used to the sound, and the location is close to everything including my doctors. This is an amazing find, the Villas - wow

|Recommended: YesVery nice. Great location. Quiet, even though it's next to a train station. — It is a very nice little apartment. Couldn't ask for a better location, and it's a very quiet building. Perfect for any wannabe musicians to practice without disturbing anybody. In terms of accessibility, I do with the racks in the closet were down a bit lower, and I wish the bathroom closet had a tri-fold or pocket door, instead of a standard one. Some of the kitchen cabinets are also hard to access from a wheelchair. I also with the property held more community events. I would love to get to know my neighbors. Overall though I am very happy here.
|Recommended: YesIt is a really nice place to live — I really enjoyed my time here, I had a hard time reaching the landlord at times and it didn't help that I worked from sun up to sun down. The maintenance guy made sure everything was clean and fixed. The overall experience was really good.
|Recommended: YesWhat a great convenient, neat, friendly place to live — Everything you need is right here. Parking, utilities, and wifi being bundled in really makes my life easier. The laundry room seems always available, the common room is inviting. Staff attentive and friendly. I love walking to work or the Lincoln Museum or just around downtown. I commute by train often - the station is just across the back parking lot. Of course, that means you hear the trains quite easily. The railway noise doesn't bother me, but it is something to consider.
